A Self-Healing Journey

I lead women on a self-healing journey of empowerment, reminding them to look within and rise above their past limitations while reconnecting to their inner light. The process of rediscovering one’s own innate healing capabilities and fully tapping into their intuition is where the magic happens.

I share the Light of Reiki and various other holistic healing modalities to help women untangle from victimhood and step into a life filled with self-love, bliss and soul bursting joy. It begins with forgiving the past, releasing the fear of the future and arriving in the now as you are. Darling, you were never broken and most certainly have always been enough.

It IS possible to release the shame of past trauma. It IS possible to find purpose from your pain. It IS possible to find the path back to your soul and become fully aligned with your purpose. I designed a platform where women mend their broken pieces and connect with their soul’s wisdom to embody wholeness, showcase their resilience and confidently rise above their past traumas…fully empowered and stronger than ever.

My approach merges ancient healing modalities and modern science, making these new and old traditions accessible, comprehensible and easily blending them into daily life. It’s the perfect balance of being spiritual and practical. I show you that trauma healing is attainable, your deepest wounds create your purpose and your inner desires are seeds planted by Source.

I'm Timea, The Urban Healer™

I'm an Energetic Alignment Coach, Reiki Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neurolinguistic Program Practitioner and Registered Nurse who specializes in the intersection of mind, body, and soul healing. Consider me equal parts science nerd and modern day mystic! My life changed when I realized my biggest obstacles were my greatest teachers. My darkest hour gave me an opportunity to rebuild myself from the inside out. Now it's my mission to help others do the same.

What to Expect

All healers hold space differently. Here is a preview of what you can expect when working with me. Our sessions are about so much more than just the healing modalities we use. Each session begins with the energy of your first breath and concludes with the sweetness of sacred surrender. Please note - all sessions are virtual and take place over Zoom.

Step 1: Arrive

The first part of our session will always focus on softening and grounding into the present moment. I invite you to let go of anything holding you back from the past and to surrender expectations of the future. Just be, breathe and anchor into stillness. Release what no longer serves you so that you can create space for the magic of healing.

Step 2: Heal

Get curious about the possibilities that the session can create for you. Be in a state of trust, receptivity and allow the transformation to occur organically. Let your body rest, quiet your mind and slow your nervous system. You may request the healing modalities that speak to you or allow my intuition to guide us into the divine unfolding of the session.

Step 3: Awaken

We close our session with an opportunity to speak your truth from your newly awakened state. Share what you experienced and what shifted for you. This is essential to help you integrate the wisdom of the session. I will also share the divine downloads presented to me and will recommend a little soul work to help you embody your expansion further.
