What is Meditation?

Meditation is not sitting in lotus pose without a thought or worry in sight. Sorry girl. Meditation IS a way to live life slower and practice awareness. It is a tool to bring your body into a restful, relaxed state, practice self-compassion and break the endless cycle of stress.

Meditation brings you back into your body, connections you to your breath and anchors you into the now. Regardless of what you may currently believe, anyone and everyone can meditate AND find it enjoyable. Pinkie swear!
