This is a women's only retreat occurring October 25-27th, 2024 in the Waupoos region of Prince Edward County in Ontario for those seeking to reconnect to their intuition, higher self and body wisdom while experiencing the serenity of nature and community. The retreat includes double occupancy accommodations, food and non-alcoholic drinks and all healing sessions/activities.

When:
October 25-27th, 2024
(Check-in is 3pm on Friday and check-out is Sunday at noon, you may stay on the grounds for longer if you desire. There is an option to stay for longer with the retreat center - subject to availability).

Where:
Waupoos region in Prince Edward County, Ontario at Harmony PEC Retreat Center (exact location is released prior to the event)

Description:
This is an invitation to awaken and reconnect to yourself; mind, body and soul while exploring 28 acres of untouched sacred land in the heart of Prince Edward County. This is an intimate, women's-only retreat guided by Timea Urban, The Urban Healer who will guide you in unravelling and untangling from the parts you have outgrown. Give yourself permission to disconnect from daily stressors and pressures while fully connecting to your Soul Self. Discover what you have outgrown and what you are meant to embody as you step into your next chapter. Each day includes chef created meals, guided healing sessions, time to share and connect with others as well as an opportunity to integrate the healing while exploring the lands independently. The sessions are created using various healing modalities to regenerate your vitality from all aspects of your being as you embody wholeness.

What's Included:
-a welcome bundle with locally sourced goodies to enhance your stay
-2 nights + 3 days in luxury double occupancy cabins with private showers and bathrooms (check out the cabins HERE)
-custom made personal care amenities made from natural essential oils that are locally sourced from the land
-organic farm to table chef prepared plant-based meals and non-alcoholic beverages: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners, daily snacks and a to-go lunch on the last day (check out the food HERE)

What's NOT Included:
-transportation to and from the retreat center (there is no public transportation or ubers in this area, recommendations and an option to carpool will be shared)
-wifi (the area does not have strong cell service so expect to be unplugged for most of the time being there)

-Morning group meditation + intention setting with the healing energy of the Akashic Records
-Daily yoga classes with pranayama, vagal toning and somatic releasing exercises (open to all levels)
-Hands-on group Reiki and EFT tapping energy rebalancing

-Fireside sharing circles (weather permitting) + cacao ceremony
