Why are all sessions virtual? Will there be in-person sessions in the future?
All sessions will remain virtual indefinitely. I travel frequently and this allows me to hold space for clients regardless of my location. Sign up for the newsletter or follow me on instagram @the.urban.healer to stay up to date when in-person sessions so open up.
Why are there only package deals for healing services?
Soul level, transformational healing doesn't happen through one session, nor can lasting changes be maintained without consistency. I want to support you on your journey from beginning to end. This requires commitment and an energetic investment to align with your healing, intentions and expansion. My most powerful shifts and transformations took place when I committed to myself fully and within a realistic time frame. If you desire to have abs, you will need go to the gym more than once. Healing works the same way, but without the crunches or planks.
Can you be booked for private or corporate events?
Absolutely! Bachelorettes, marriage blessings, baby showers, divorce parties, team building or something in between. I am happy to create a unique, personalized experience for you and your group. Email: hello@theurbanhealer.ca to inquire about details.
What is your cancelation policy? What happens with missed appointments?
We know life happens and sometimes throws a curveball! You may rebook your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and date. Depending on the service, fees may result. Please check your contract upon booking.
What is your privacy policy?
No personal information will be discussed or shared in any manner without your consent, unless there are serious concerns for risk of harm towards yourself or another individual. In such a situation the appropriate authorities will be notified as per ethical and legal standards.
