Find Your Flow
Yoga is an opportunity to tune-in to what your body craves and nourish it with movement. I discovered the power of movement while working through a difficult period in my life, and decided to pursue my 300-hour teacher training at Ahimsa Yoga to dive deeper. I continue to fall madly in love with the practice and am passionate about expanding my knowledge and sharing it with others. I’m constantly educating myself and applying what I learn to my classes, which are ever evolving. My practice is inspired by a variety of Toronto-based teachers including Michelle Tamblyn-Sabo, JP Tamblyn-Sabo, Tasha Rooke, Bryonie Wise, Shawna Turner, Jaimee Horn, and Megan Marie Gates.
As a yoga teacher I aspire to create a space of kindness where you can slow down and connect with your breath while sparking your inner fire and evoking a sense of play. I teach both yin and restorative and vinyasa-based flows to strike a balance between the yin and the yang. My classes allow you to explore breath and movement, encourage introspection and promote self-love. I love to create flows balanced with slow fluid movements and faster asanas that challenge and empower the body. I encourage gratitude, joy and connection with your self, your community and nature while enjoying every moment and living in the now.

Private yoga classes allow us to create personalized offerings. I work with both individuals and small groups to create personal or corporate classes. Whether you're looking for a one-time or ongoing class, I’ll help you find your flow. I practice out of my space or can travel to yours.
Private classes start at $100/hour. Please note that additional fees may apply for travel.
