Come escape the hustle and bustle of the city without having to actually leave Toronto. I am hosting a day long Yoga, Reiki and Mindfulness retreat to help you relax, release your stress and learn tools for self care that you can incorporate in your daily routine.
The yoga will be composed of slow flow hatha style, restorative and yin. Reiki will be used to supplement and enhance your relaxation and activate your innate healing processes. I invite you to escape into an oasis of bliss using sound healing, essential oils, sacred gem stones and therapeutic touch. This retreat also includes guided meditation, visualization and gentle pranayama (breath work) to further help you connect to your body, tune into your needs and allow you to nurture you mind, body and soul. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, recharged and ready to tackle your work week.
