Breathe, ground, open and receive with Timea. Sequences will connect yogis to their inner fire through a deep flow and a sense of play, balanced with slow fluid movements and savoring the breath in moments of sweet stillness. The class will include meditation, breathe work and creating a connection between the mind and body by raising awareness of the present moment. Gratitude, kindness and a sense of joy are the main goals of the class as the yogi creates a deeper sense of connection to the self and their community. Come to flow, let go and find sweet surrender. All levels of yogis are welcome as personalized modifications will always be available.
