What better way to spend your lunch time!? This is a nourishing 45 min class including 30 minutes of Vinyasa where you can flow, create some heat and energize. Followed by 15 minutes of restorative yoga and reiki to relax, recharge and continue your day feeling physically and spiritually rested. Focus lies on connecting with the breath, letting go and returning to your day feeling energized and calm. All levels of yogis are welcome as personalized modifications will always be available. Reiki is a form of energy work using hands on approaches. It moves life force energy to promote emotional and physical healing while encouraging deeper relaxation.
